Collection of Personal Data

• We collect and store the minimum possible personal information in order to organise and operate the yoga Classes.
• We do not collect any information directly from our website.
• We ask you for your name and mobile phone number. You may choose to contact us via email, and we also store that information.

Storage of Personal Data

• Your contact details are stored in a dedicated iCloud Contacts List, only accessible by Mark Anderson via his mobile device.

Use of Personal Data

• A condition of attending Classes is that you sign-up to our What’s App Community, to enable you to book classes and receive notifications. Your name and mobile number are visible to all Students in this Community.
• We also operate a linked What’s App Group for “Chat, Shares & Support”. You can choose whether or not to join this Group.
• We will only contact you about yoga Classes via the What’s App community, or occasionally via direct What’s App message. We will only contact you via email if your mobile phone number isn’t working.

Disclosure of Personal Data

• We will never disclose your personal details to another person or organisation without your express permission, unless required to do so in accordance with the law.
